Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
commited.wtf is a link-in-bio site. It runs at commited.wtf. Using it means agreeing to
what is below.
1. Who may use it
You must be at least 13, or older where your country sets a higher age for online
services. One person, one account, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
2. Your page
You keep everything you make. Putting it here grants us only what running the site
requires: storing your files and showing your page to the people who visit it. That
permission ends when you delete the content.
Everything on your page is yours to answer for — including the links, which nobody
here checks. Visitors are warned before following one off the site, and that warning
is not a review.
What may not go on a page
- Anything illegal, or that helps somebody do something illegal
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or personal information published to expose somebody
- Malware, phishing, fake sign-in pages, or links that pretend to be something else
- Sexual content involving minors, or adult content left where minors will meet it unwarned
- Work that is not yours to publish
- Spam, and anything automated at a scale a person would not reach
The site's name is a joke about pretending. Doing the real thing is not covered by it.
3. Names
Names are first come, first served, with a list held back for the site's own use. A name
that impersonates somebody, stands in for a trademark you do not hold, or is being sat on
without a page behind it may be reclaimed. Names taken down for abuse do not stay
reachable — the old address stops working.
4. Connected accounts
You can prove another account is yours in two ways: by signing in to that service, or by
putting a one-time code in a public profile there and letting us read it back. Both prove
the same thing — that you control that account — and neither gives us a password.
Discord additionally hands over the connections you have already chosen to show on your
Discord profile. Only those: anything you have set to hidden there stays hidden here.
A connection may only be your own. Claiming an account you do not control is grounds for
removing every connection on the page.
5. Badges and signatures
Badges are given out by the people who run the site, and taken back the same way. Verified,
Staff and Premium say something specific; forging them, selling them, or passing off a
self-made badge as one of those is not allowed.
A signature is a named person on the team putting their name to a page. It can be removed
by the person who left it or by anyone else on the team. It is not for sale.
6. Credits, the marketplace and the shop
Every feature a page has is free for every account. Nothing here unlocks one.
Credits are this site's own points. An admin grants them, or a redeem link does, and they
are spent in the marketplace on rare names, low UIDs, aliases and badges. They are not
money: they cannot be cashed out or bought back, and they are not transferable unless a
feature explicitly says so. A redeem link can be revoked, and one that has expired or been
used up gives nothing.
Something bought in the marketplace waits in your vault until you apply it. A name or a UID
is checked again at that moment, and one somebody else holds by then cannot be applied.
The shop — credits, badges and donor tiers — takes payment on our Discord server, in a
ticket, and an admin grants what was bought by hand. Nothing about the payment passes
through this site. A payment that fails or is reversed takes what it paid for with it.
7. Views
A view is one visitor, counted once, worked out from a rough fingerprint of where the
request came from. It is an estimate and is not audited. Inflating it — with scripts,
proxies, or anything else — empties the number of the only meaning it has, and is grounds
for resetting it or removing the account.
8. Public by default
A profile page is public. So are the username, the display name, the avatar, the bio, the
links, the badges, the view count, and — if you switch them on — the join date and the
connected accounts. Discover and the leaderboard list pages that have not been hidden.
Email addresses are never shown.
9. Reporting something
Bug reports and reports about a page go through the site or by email. We look at them; we
do not promise a timescale.
10. Ending it
You can stop using the site at any time and ask for the account to be deleted. We can
suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless saying why
would make things worse. A removed page stops answering.
11. What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. It is run by a small number of people, on infrastructure
somebody else owns, and it can be slow, wrong, or down. Keep your own copy of anything you
would be sorry to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what follows
from using it.
12. Changes
These terms change as the site does; the date at the top says when. Carrying on using the
site is how you accept a change. If a change matters to you and you would rather not, the
account is yours to delete.
